Supporting Petrus with material donations
H Bell and Sons are always looking at ways to recycle materials, to reduce our impact on the environment whilst helping our local area. To some, these materials might may look like rubbish, but to Petrus they are treasure.
We were delighted to deliver a shed to be used for storage, timber to make planters and fence panels to create a quiet zone and lastly some visqueen to use for weed supression. Roy Down said “It’s like Christmas, we can make so much with the timber and the shed is amazing, all your donations will keep our service users busy with lot’s of projects”
We’ve also been able to donate several bags of purple slate to improve paths at the Petrus allotments in Rochdale and off cuts of drainpipe to help with water recycling.
We’re proud to do our bit at H Bells to reduce landfill and help local charities.
